Colors
The color of the items may vary depending on your computer or device screen. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Size
Measurements of certain items may include a slight margin of error. Differences in manufacturing as well as the stretch of some fabrics may cause slight variations in the measurements provided in the product descriptions.
Imperfections
It is normal to notice minor imperfections such as slight discoloration of metal pieces, loose threads on garments, or “white marks” on belts. These marks are actually tailor’s chalk used by seamstresses during the sewing process and can be easily removed with a little water.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received and are sent via Canada Post** with a tracking number and signature required upon delivery.
For URGENT SHIPPING, please call us or send us an email (melaniebaladi@hotmail.com) to confirm whether the delivery time will meet your needs and if you will receive your package on time.
Shipping fees include postage and handling costs. As shipping fees are based on the total weight of the order, we recommend purchasing your items in one single transaction to save on shipping costs. We are unable to combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.
Returns or Exchanges
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
Procedure
Before returning an item, you must contact us at (melaniebaladi@hotmail.com) to receive return instructions.
Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received it and inform you of the decision regarding your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a few business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
If the requested replacement item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons or due to the nature of certain products, some items cannot be returned.
Defective Items or Errors
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
